Ridgeline’s lifetime warranty covers all defects relating to manufacturing workmanship, fabrics or accessories used in selected Ridgeline clothing (excludes boots). Only original unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear and tear of the materials and accessories over extended time and use.

Ridgeline’s 24 month unconditional warranty covers all defects relating to manufacturing workmanship, fabrics or accessories used in all accessories. How do I know if my item is covered by the Lifetime Warranty?

What classes as defects relating to manufacturing workmanship, fabrics or accessories?
This includes all defects with construction, design and material composition. These are defects that are pre-existing, although they may not necessarily be visible or apparent upon purchase. This may include failures that are not caused by reasonable wear and tear.
Examples such as:
- Zips come off or fail.
- Several stitches failing.
- Missing or broken drawstrings.
- Defect in the fabric or rips and tears not caused by reasonable wear and tear, or improper ruse.
What does not class as a defect relating to manufacturing workmanship, fabrics or accessories?
- Improper use of the item e.g. clothing burned from being too close to a campfire.
- Accidental damage e.g. an antler through your jacket.
- Reasonable wear and tear e.g. you have been wearing it for 10 years and the fabric has become weak.
How do I send my item back under warranty?

- Proof of purchase
For items purchased through a Ridgeline clothing stockist please return the item and your proof or purchase back to the retailer from which you purchased it.
What happens if I don’t have a proof of purchase?
Unfortunately, we require some kind of proof of purchase in order to process a warranty return.
